Guidelines for contests . 

These are subject to change at any time.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. Each contest has a set of rules that have to be followed. These rules are clearly stated and have to be followed.  For example, if you are asked for your zip code and you don't answer, you aren't eligible for the contest.
3. Entrants must be legal residents of California and 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Mom eNetwork, their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household are not eligible. Winners of a prize from Mom eNetwork within the past thirty (30) days from the beginning date of this
   sweepstakes are not eligible.
4. All winner selections are under the supervision of Mom eNetwork.  If it's an online giveaway.  We draw a winner at random by tallying the number of entries, then using the random integer generator at random.org.  The winner will be contact via eMail.   If we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, we'll go onto the next person. Although we promise we'll feel bad doing it.  You can only enter once per contest. Duplicate entries will disqualify you and all your assumed names. 
5. Mom eNetwork is not responsible for computer, telephone or other technical or mechanical failure or problems of any kind.
6. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Entry constitutes permission for Mom eNetwork to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness, photograph, email and statements regarding this sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of Mom eNetwork without compensation. Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity unless prohibited by law, within two days of notification.  Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
8. If you win a contest, you must wait 30 days before you win another contest.
9. If you are chosen as the winner for a contest and another contest has also just ended, you cannot ask to win that prize instead. Winning is not transferable to other contests.
10. The length of contests varies depending on the contests. Reading the contest entry page will alert you to how long the contest will be running and when entry deadlines are.\
11. Mom eNetwork reserves the right to cancel contest if in the event that the event is postponed or canceled or the prize becomes unavailable. Mom eNetwork reserves the right to cancel or  delay sweepstakes in the event of telephone or other technical or mechanical failure or problems of any kind or because of non-authorized human intervention. Mom eNetwork is not responsible for high volume of emails that could result in error email message.
12.  By participating and winning a prize, winners release Mom eNetwork, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the sweepstakes or any prize awarded.
13. Mom eNetwork and the companies that sponsored the contest are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or bounced back entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels. Additionally, Mom eNetwork and the companies that sponsor the contests are not responsible for any human error, lost/delayed data transmission, or omission, interruption, deletion, problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or injury or damage to any computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the contests.
